This is a very clean, well-maintained restaurant. The number of selections for the buffet is impressive, and the quality of the food is great. My wife and I live in nearby Silverhill, and visit this restaurant often.

Great food good price
So... I will order takeout EVERY day, it is delicious... but, (and I don't know that my opinion should be taken into account...) the buffet food tastes so bland, and I prefer other places over this. That being said, MANY people have recommended this buffet, and it is really busy during peak meal hours, so apparently I am in the minority on how delicious Public buffet is. Atmosphere is typical, but it is very clean. Staff is friendly and attentive any time I am there.
This is MY personal favorite restaurant for the atmosphere, hospitality and service, as well as its a diamond in the rough. Meaning unless you catch the church crowd after they're released, it's typically not hardly busy. And the good is pretty good too. I've been attending this restaurant so much that I've burnt everybody out on it. If you go, you have to try the coffee cakes. They're spectacular.
